Donald Mail Cockpit is a private personal-use application operated by Donald WG Lindsay.

Google user data accessed
• The connected Google account’s email address and identity.
• Email messages and metadata, including senders, recipients, dates, threads and labels.
• Attachments when required for a requested feature.
• Drafts, sent-message information and mailbox status.

Use of Google user data
• Used only for requested email-management features: search, review, summarise and organise email; prepare and send email; manage message state; and verify requested actions.
• Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.
• Data is not sold or used for advertising, credit, lending, surveillance or data brokerage.

Sharing and transfer
• Donald Mail Cockpit exchanges data with Google authentication and Gmail services.
• Selected data may be processed by OpenAI Codex solely to provide an email feature requested by Donald WG Lindsay.
• No other sharing occurs except with Donald’s consent, for security, or where required by law.

Storage and protection
• OAuth credentials are held in protected credential storage on Donald’s computer.
• Working data may remain locally or in the relevant Codex conversation.
• Access controls and encrypted provider connections in transit are used.

Retention and deletion
• Data is retained only as long as needed to provide requested features, maintain security and verify actions.
• Google-hosted email follows the connected account’s Google controls.
• Google access may be disconnected or revoked at any time.
• Local and Codex-held data can be removed using the respective controls.
